Sealed Returns
- Product No longer Needed (Stock Balance) or Complete IT LLC Sold me the wrong product.
This product is unopened, unused and can be resold as new. Products must be in resalable condition, meaning “without price tags, clean, undamaged, unused, unopened & in the original manufacturer packaging”.
Opened Returns
- Product is Defective – This product will not operate or is dead on arrival (DOA) *all original Packaging must be returned with item.
- Incompatible product is not defective or DOA. Complete IT LLC tests defective and DOA items.
- Product No longer Needed or Complete IT LLC Sold me the wrong product (Open Box) – This product must be opened, not defective, must include all original packaging, and the return is because the product is incompatible or was ordered in error.
- Damaged - This product has visible or concealed physical damage. Visible damage: the shipping box has been crushed, torn, water damaged, or otherwise physically damaged. Concealed damage: damage is not discovered until after the box has been opened.
- Incomplete – This product was received incomplete. This may include: Manuals, power cords, ink cartridges, paper trays, etc...
- Note: All products returned that does not meet the T’s and C’s of the return will be returned to customer at their expense
- The price on a Sealed Return will be the lower of either the invoice price on the return, or current selling price.
A restock fee will be applied if the product is:
- The restock fee is 15% reduction in credit for exception RMA’s (for reasons below) with a $200 cap.
- Unopened, Stock Balance product that is out of policy
- Opened product that is being returned as the result of a customer or end-user error
- Opened Defective Exception Product that is out of policy without replacement
- Note: This fee will not be applied to any exception return that is the result of a Complete IT LLC error
Shipping Practices
Any product that falls under the category of “Heavy Weight” will be charged heavy weight shipping costs, over and above any of the base shipping rate. Any “Heavy Weight Item” is identified in the product line description of that item.
